Hotel de Crillon: Xavier Thuizat exclusive pairings

Xavier Thuizat, the chef sommelier at the Hotel de Crillon, is the master of ceremony of a series of wine tasting where people like you get to discover the treasures of the numerous bottles of the Cave d’Exception of the Crillon. To sample these exceptional wines, fans are gathered in the cellar of exception of Hotel de Crillon and are welcomed by Xavier Thuizat, himself.
In a small group of 12 guests, gourmets discover and taste, for two hours, suggestions of the sommelier honoring unique and prestigious terroirs, selected from the 2000 bottles of that incredible cellar. The wines go from the traditional red wine to surprising japanese Sake through the prestigious tea pu-erh tea from China. The five tastings are paired with 10 gourmet bites imagined by Executive Chef Boris Campanella.
